This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process your personal data when you visit www.skylease.finance, contact us, or request a preliminary lease quote — in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

1. Data Controller

SkyLease is a trading name of SkyDream sp. z o.o. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us” and “SkyLease” refer to SkyDream sp. z o.o. as the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide via the quote form: full name, company name, business email address, phone number, EU VAT number, company address, the financing parameters you choose (aircraft value, lease term, down payment) and any message you add.
• Correspondence: the content of emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
• Website usage data: aggregated, non-identifying statistics about how the website is used, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• To prepare and send you an indicative (preliminary) lease proposal at your request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) given via the form.
• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you — Art. 6(1)(b) and our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f).
• If you decide to proceed: to assess creditworthiness, conclude and perform the lease agreement, and meet accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f).
• To keep the website secure and measure aggregate traffic — our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f).
• To measure and improve our advertising and show you relevant ads (Meta Pixel on Facebook / Instagram) — only on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.

Providing your data is voluntary, but it is necessary to receive a preliminary proposal or a reply from us.

4. Recipients and processors

We use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Google Ireland Limited — collection and storage of form submissions (Google Forms / Google Sheets) and our business email (Google Workspace).
• Our website and email hosting provider (seohost.pl) — hosting of the website and the info@skylease.finance mailbox.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — advertising measurement and remarketing via the Meta Pixel, only where you have given consent.

We may also share data with our professional advisers, or with public authorities where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International data transfers

Some of our providers (for example Google, Cloudflare and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or recognised adequacy mechanisms (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

6. How long we keep your data

• Inquiry and quote data: for as long as needed to handle your request and the related communication, and afterwards for up to 24 months for possible follow-up — unless you object or withdraw your consent earlier.
• If a contract is concluded: for the duration of the agreement and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law (generally 5 years from the end of the relevant calendar year), and as needed to establish or defend legal claims.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on our legitimate interests; and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal).

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not store personal data on your device.

With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), which sets cookies and similar identifiers to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads (remarketing). The Meta Pixel loads only after you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you click “Reject”, no marketing cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Essential technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the website to function may also be used.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing. The online calculator provides indicative figures only and does not constitute a credit decision or a financing offer.
